Weigh-in Time - Part of Decluttering Plan

health foods and vitamins -- Click for more Information to popup    My declutter project is moving along, maybe crawling along are better words. I am trying to declutter more than papers, clothing, etc. I figure I might as well get rid of  everything excess at one time, including my extra pounds, so tomorrow I get on the scale again. I have decided to do this once a month only. It's hard to loose weight when you enjoy eating out and are no longer running around like I used to do. Still I will give it my best shot. My girls online are most helpful and encouraging. When I lose a step they say "I know you can do it." The best thing is they can't see me so they can't say "You don't look fat." That's very helpful because I know that I am overweight.

I am home all day. I will tackle another bin of papers too old and outdated to be useful. I have made a folder for information I must keep. It doesn't matter what old folder I pick up there is always something there I have removed from a magazine or a news article I had planned to read but never did. I found a 1996 article about Loida Lewis who inherited the TLC Beatrice company; that will go into my copy of Reg Lewis's bio "Why Should White Guys Have All the Fun". Some things were worth saving.
