I am not sure why folks want to know when I add to my journal, but I do love that you have asked. After searching and trying out systems that did not work for me I found one that does. As I understand it when I post thoughts and ramblings you will be alerted by e-mail once a week or so. Cool huh? I think modern technology is so awesome. I used to laugh at my friends who loved gadgets--I guess I love techie stuff. Oh well, here is subscribe thingie below, it's also under my picture. Sign up and enjoy. There is also an 
Alert Me as Comments are Posted section at the top of this journal that will do pretty much the same thing. I know that it works well for AOL folks, not sure about other ISP's.
